Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 13, 2025
Welcome to Analyze Solutions (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the private Advanced AI suite provided through our website (the "Site") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Analyze Solutions. By registering for an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Membership and Billing

Executive Membership. The Service is available exclusively through the paid Executive Membership plan.

  • Monthly Plan: $299 per month
  • One-Time Membership Fee: $50 (charged only upon initial signup)

Initial Payment

Upon signup, you will be charged the first month's subscription fee ($299) plus the one-time membership fee ($50), for a total initial payment of $349 (monthly plan) or the full annual amount ($2,990) if selecting the annual option.

Recurring Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through PayPal. By purchasing a membership, you authorize PayPal to charge the selected payment method automatically on each renewal date until the subscription expires.

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days.
  • Annual plans renew every 12 months.

No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for partial months/years of service, unused actions, or change of mind. Your membership will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, at which point it will automatically expire if renewal is not enabled. To prevent automatic renewal, you must disable auto-renewal in your PayPal subscription settings or member account prior to the next billing date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store, collect, or process any credit card or payment information on our servers. You agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy for all transactions. PayPal User Agreement.

Fair-Use Policy and Usage Limits

Each Executive Membership includes up to 1,000 actions per billing cycle, defined as follows:

  • Standard text queries, chat messages, and analysis: 1 action each
  • Image generation: 10 actions each
  • Video generation (when available): 50 actions each
  • Other features: as specified in the member dashboard

This allocation is generous and designed to support intensive professional use. Actions reset automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. Usage is monitored via your private dashboard. If you reach the limit, further actions will be unavailable until the next cycle. We reserve the right to modify action weighting or limits with reasonable notice.

Access and Account

Access to the Advanced AI suite is restricted to active Executive Members only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts or access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Data Storage and Privacy – No Persistent Storage

For your security and privacy, Analyze Solutions does not store any user-generated content, including chats, conversations, documents, images, videos, or any other output on our servers after your session ends.

  • All session data is processed in memory and is automatically deleted immediately upon closing the browser tab, logging out, or ending the session.
  • No chat history, generated images, videos, or uploaded files are retained or archived by us.
  • This zero-retention policy is intentional and designed to protect sensitive business, proprietary, or personal information from any risk of unauthorized access, breach, or subpoena.

User Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to copy, download, or save any desired output (including images, text responses, or chat transcripts) during your active session. Once the session ends, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by Analyze Solutions. We strongly recommend that executive and business users treat the Service as ephemeral and maintain their own secure backups of any valuable output.

AI Privacy and Data Handling


This application is designed for business professionals and prioritizes the confidentiality of your conversations. 

  • No storage on our side: We do not log, store, or retain any conversation history. All chat content is deleted from our systems immediately when you exit the session.
  • AI processing via xAI Grok API: Your messages are sent securely to xAI's servers solely to generate real-time responses. xAI does not use your inputs or outputs to train their models. Data is automatically deleted within 30 days (with Zero Data Retention options ensuring no long-term storage for enterprise use).
  • Enterprise-grade safeguards: xAI complies with standards including SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA, with encryption, limited access (only for service/safety/legal needs), and no sharing for marketing.

We strongly recommend avoiding input of highly sensitive information (e.g., trade secrets, unreleased financials) into any third-party AI service, as a best practice. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Attempting to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Using the Service for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

Intellectual Property and Output

All content generated by the AI ("Output") is provided for your personal or internal business use. You may use Output commercially, subject to applicable laws. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or ownership of Output. You are solely responsible for any use of Output and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from it.

No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the AI Output will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. AI systems may produce unexpected, biased, or incorrect results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analyze Solutions, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Independent Research and Responsibility

The Advanced AI suite is a powerful tool, but it is not infallible. All Output is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for verifying any information, advice, or Output provided by the Service. Do your own research. Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice requiring licensed expertise. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI Output.

Privacy

We collect minimal personal information required for membership and billing. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for details. Privacy Policy

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice or refund, for any breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination or expiration, your access to the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
